How do I reserve an inflatable?
You can reserve online through the website or contact us directly by phone, text or email.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due the day before delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card payments and electronic options.
When should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and summer events.
Delivery & Setup
What should I do before delivery?
- Clean the set up area
- Secure pets
- Remove debris and sharp objects
- Ensure access to electricity and water if applicable
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown for all rentals.
How much space is needed for the inflatable?
Each inflatable requires different space dimensions. Please make sure there is enough space clearance around the elected set up area for set up and operation.
What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, gym floors, turf. Please let us know the surface when booking.
Do I need to provide electricity?
Yes. A working electrical outlet must be within 25 feet of setup area.
Do water slides need a water source?
Yes. A functional water spigot must be available for all water slide rentals.
Do you set up indoors?
Yes, as long as the venue has enough ceiling height and space, but special arrangements may be required.
Safety & Weather
What happens if it rains?
Safety comes first. If severe weather is expected, we will reschedule your rental or issue a rain check
Can inflatables be used in strong winds?
No. Inflatables should not be uses during high winds, thunderstorms, or severe weather conditions.
What cannot be used in the inflatable?
Shoes, silly string, face paint, gum, food, drinks, and sharp objects are prohibited.
Can the inflatable be moved after set up?
No. Once installed, inflatables should not be moved for safety reasons.
Cancellations & Policies
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policies may vary depending on timing and weather conditions. Contact us as soon as possible regarding any changes.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to future rental date due. Full refunds will be provided due to inclement weather with proper notification.
What if the inflatable stops working?
If you experience any issues during your rental, contact us immediately and we will assist as quickly as possible.
