FAQs

What is required prior to receiving the inflatable(s)?

Location - Have a preferred location for the set up and also make sure that there is adequate space, functioning electrical outlets(1 outlet per inflatable) and functioning water facets (for wet inflatables). We will provide 50 feet of extension cord/water hose for each inflatable. If you will require additional cords/water hoses please let us know prior to delivery.

Clear The Area - Please ensure that the location of the inflatable(s) is free of any debris, sharp objects (rocks, glass, etc.), large protruding tree roots, and animal feces. IF THE AREA IS ARE NOT CLEANED OF ALL POTENTIAL DEBRIS. WE WILL NOT SET UP UNTIL THE AREA HAS BEEN CLEANED.

When will the inflatable(s) be delivered?

For residential rentals, we will call 1-2 days prior to the delivery to go over details. We have a delivery window between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. to the provided address. Please note that delivery times are approximate and can change. Please ensure that someone is available to confirm location for set up. Once the inflatable has been set up it cannot be relocated. For commercial deliveries, delivery will be 1 hour prior to the start of the event.

PLEASE NOTE: We can’t move the inflatable to another location (address) once we are on site due to the respect of other customers.

What is your policy for rain?

If the rain percentage is 30% or less, we will plan to deliver your inflatable(s) as scheduled. If there is a rain percentage of 50% or higher, or the potential for inclement weather, you must cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled eventto receive a refund or reschedule for a later date. If any cancellation/modifications are made after the 24-hour window (due to weather) a refund will not be provided but the customer does have the option to reschedule and will be provided a certificate that is good for 1 year.

When do I pay my deposit and remaining balance?

A $75 dollar deposit is due within 24 hours after making your reservation for each inflatable rental and can be paid via Square through the website or via debit/credit card.

All “Schools and/or Organizations” a deposit is due within 24hrs of booking or full payment.

If a deposit is paid, the “Full Balance” is due a week prior to the event. No exceptions.

If service is booked the week of the event, full payment is due within 24hrs or the booking will be canceled due to high demand. :)

If booking 5 products a discount maybe be added to the total price.

The remaining balance is due the day before and/or week prior to delivery or morning of delivery and can be paid via debit card. Any additional information will be provided in your confirmation and day of booking email. If paying with cash, please inform us during the call and ensure you have exact cash at the time of drop off.

If I cancel my event can I be refunded my deposit/full payment?

All deposits are non-refundable unless it is due to “inclement weather” and a rain check certificate will be provided. If paid in full the deposit amount will be withheld and remaining balance will be returned.
