Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or unsafe conditions we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals for safety.

With 72 hour advanced notice, customers may:

• Reschedule for a future date based on availability
• Receive a rain check credit for future use (valid for one year)
• Receive a full refund of their deposit or full balance

If cancellations are not made within the required timeframe, all deposits and payments will be forfeited and only a rain check or reschedule option will be provided.

Please note: If there is a 30% chance of rain or less, we plan to deliver as scheduled unless severe weather is expected. Light rain or cloudy weather does not automatically qualify for cancellation.

For water slide rental we encourage customers to monitor the weather closely as severe conditions may require delayed setup up.
