Here is what you need to know!
- Deliveries will continue as scheduled if the chance of rain is 30% or less
- Same day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit and payment
- Customers may reschedule for another day due to severe weather with advance notice
- No refunds are issued once the inflatable has been set up
- If unsafe weather occurs during your rental period, discontinue use immediately until conditions improve
